Website use and product information
This website introduces TimberTrail and Kaudata’s services. We aim to keep its information accurate and current, but do not guarantee that it is complete, free of errors or continuously available. Company information is provided for reference; official registers remain the source for registered details.
Published plans describe the offered software and services. Your written offer and agreement define the final scope and commercial terms. Features marked “coming soon” are planned and are not available in the current demo. Product guides illustrate workflows; they are not legal advice or a guarantee of EUDR compliance.

To the extent permitted by law, Kaudata is not responsible for loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information, interruptions, inability to access the website, or damage associated with its use. Enquiries, privacy and the demo
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send the form contents to a website database. You review the message and decide whether to send it. If you contact us, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and for the purpose for which you supplied them.
We protect the confidentiality of personal information and take measures against misuse and unauthorised access. We do not use your contact information for unrelated purposes or disclose it to third parties without your permission, subject to applicable legal requirements. Website hosting and network providers may process technical access data to deliver and secure the service.
The linked demo is a separate, shared test environment. Use fictional or anonymised information only. The website’s language selector does not change the demo application’s language.
Website analytics
We use self-hosted Matomo at analytics.kaudata.si to understand which content is useful and improve this website. This website uses Matomo site ID 22 and disables analytics cookies. Kaudata’s published analytics policy states that the service runs on its servers; analytics requests pass through its network provider and analytics data is not shared for other parties’ use.
Analytics covers the page URL and title, referring page, visit time, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, outbound link clicks and file downloads.
Under Kaudata’s published policy, stored IP addresses are shortened: the last two IPv4 octets are removed, and only the first three groups of IPv6 addresses are retained. Individual visit records are deleted within 25 months; anonymous aggregate statistics may be retained. The stated legal basis is legitimate interests in improving the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You can object to analytics using the control below. Opting out stores the preference cookie mtm_consent_removed. It remembers your choice in this browser; it is not an analytics tracking cookie. If you clear cookies or use a different browser or device, set your preference again.
